New cardio theatre large screen televisions have arrived!
Calorie burning aerobic workouts have never been more fun and entertaining now that our cardio theatre entertainment system has been equipped with five, new high resolution Panasonic 42” LCD televisions.
Cardio theatre is an area in the health club that allows you to exercise on the latest treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes and step machines while enjoying news, current affairs, sport, your favourite TV show, or latest music videos whilst you’re working out.
You can choose which large screen television or radio station you want to listen to by simply using your own FM radio, walkman or earphones to tune in to the desired frequency on the in-house entertainment.
Cardio theatre is very popular with members as it helps motivate you to complete a great fitness and fat burning aerobic workout of 20-60 minutes by keeping you entertained and engaged while your mind is off the clock.
Time goes fast when your having fun and to help keep our members motivated and having fun, our entertainment system plays every minute the health club is open, from morning to night.
