A free 4 week program with qualified coaching to improve
your swim technique
Encouraged by the overwhelming popularity and success of
the 2011 Swimming for Life campaign, the Doncaster
Dolphins Masters swim club is excited about once more rolling out a
special four week stroke technique program for swimmers over
eighteen years of age looking to improve their swimming
skills.
In a welcoming, supportive and friendly atmosphere,
experienced coaches will provide practical tips and a personalised
video to improve your stroke technique and confidence in the water.
This particular program is targeted at those participants who
can swim a minimum of 100 metres continuously.
Club President Leanne Sheean commented "if you are
contemplating a triathlon, open water swim, or just wanting to get
fit and enjoy life to the full, this course will be a vital
platform along the way. By sharing with others in the community our
experienced coaching expertise, we trust that swimming abilities
and confidence in the water can be greatly
increased."

The program will be held at the Aquarena Aquatic and
Leisure Centre, 50 metre pool, 139-153 Williamsons Road, Doncaster,
on four consecutive weekends commencing Sunday, October
7th at 9.00am.
The course is FREE to successful
applicants, apart from the normal pool entrance fee.
