User groups who want to utilise the centre are required to book a lane 24 hrs in advance to ensure entry to the centre.
Due to the amount of patrons, members and other user groups, it is imperative that a lane is booked to ensure space and safety whilst in the centre. Most user groups will use the outdoor 50m pool which is heated for their session.
Any bookings or enquires need to be directed to the Aquatics coordinator to ensure a confirmation of the booking. We require all user groups to make relevant qualifications when needed and to also have a leader who will oversee the running of the session.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any groups the opportunity to have free time during their session unless it is structured and does not impede on any other patrons in the centre.
User groups will be charged a lane booking few and also entry, which can be negotiated on booking.
Any groups who require help in structuring their session or require staff to run the session, are asked to book at least a week before hand to ensure relevant staff are available.
